Instructions for sending international funds
International Monetary Transfers
We prefer that you pay with a credit card, but will also accept an International Money Order in US dollars, or a U.S. Dollar Draft drawn on any U.S. or Canadian bank, made payable to Magnetic Reference Laboratory, and sent via registered airmail. Either of these forms of payment will save you the bank charges that would otherwise be incurred when transferring funds.
If you wish or need to send your payments via international monetary transfer (Swift, cable or Telex wire transfers) please instruct your bankers to transfer the appropriate monies to yield the US Dollar amount of your invoice, after bank charges. Contact us by phone, fax, or email to get our bank account information.
We would greatly appreciate it if each time you transfer or send money to us, you would E-mail, airmail, or fax us an advice stating the following: the date and means of transfer, the total US dollar amount sent, your order number and our invoice number (if you know it), and the amount to be applied to each order or invoice. By giving us this information, we can insure that we apply the funds that we receive as you intend, thereby avoiding any accounting differences. Additionally, we will be able to notify you if we do not receive the funds.
If you choose to pay by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), you must notify us of the date, amount and invoice number(s) so that we can credit your account. Our bank receives no information as to who the money is from and does not notify us that any funds have been received.
